The following data may be requested to provide a better experience by SI!TRAVELS:

4. Address and some financial information.
This data is necessary to complete and manage your bookings.
Reservation Policy
1. Reservations
You may reserve a service without upfront payment. However, full payment must be completed before the start of the service, either in advance or upon arrival, according to the agreed method.
If you do not have a credit card, payment can be made via bank transfer or deposit.
2. Cancellations
Full Refund: Cancel more than 72 hours prior to your experience date to receive a full refund.
Changes Only (No Refund): Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be modified, but are not eligible for a refund.
3. No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience, or failure to show up, are non-refundable.
4. Delays
We understand that certain situations, such as flight delays, are beyond your control. If your arrival is delayed due to your flight, this will not affect your reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible to coordinate your adjusted pickup time.
5. Exceptional Cases
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in documented cases of medical emergencies, at the sole discretion of SI!TRAVELS.
